At WBC our team of RICS surveyors are some of the most experienced throughout the South West, Midlands and Wales.

Chris Freeman 

Chris has over 35 years experience as a chartered surveyor and is a registered RICS valuer. Educated at the University of Durham. Chris spent 8 years in a previous life as an Army officer and has previously lead a 100 strong team of surevyors. Chris mainly covers the Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Midlands regions.

Chris has experience working in residential and commercial surveying projects and has a background of site acquisition for corporate entities.

James Dean

 James Dean has been working within a chartered surveyors for almost over 20 years, James carries out commercial and residential surveys throughout the South West & Gloucestershire areas. James regularly carries out homebuyer and RICS level 3 surveys, he is a specialist in party wall construction advice. In addition to being an Associate RICS surveyor he is also a chartered fellow of CABE & CIAT and a full member of the faculty of party wall surveyors. James has a BSc in Architectural technology and an MSc in building surveying.

Mark Wiltshire

Mark has been working in the Avon and Somerset regions as a surveyor for well over a decade. He is an associate of the RICS and chartered CIAT member. Mark is trained specifically in the conservation of historic buildings through his RICS accredited post graduate degree and has a broad knowledge of surveying being able to carryout home buyers or RICS full building surveys, CDM principal designer roles, dilapidations, schedules of condition and other related matters.

Sam George

Sam George is a registered RICS expert witness and has spent a varied career working in both engineering, architectural and surveying practice across Wales and the South West, with over 20 years experience of the built environment. Sam specialises in BAS & CDM, H&S matters, building control, construction detailing and general surveying. He has an expert knowledge of building fabric and often consults as a joint expert witness in cases where construction disputes have arisen. Sam, is an Associate member of RICS and Chartered CABE & CIAT  professional.
